Introducing SOS Smart Sand Management System at URTeC Conference
We're thrilled to share that that we will present at the Unconventional Resources Technology Conference (URTeC) Conference held on June 17-22, 2024 in Houston. During our presentation, we'll delve into the intricacies of our innovative methodology for efficient well clean-up and testing operations in high-rate gas-condensate fields, better known as our Smart Sand Management System.

While traditional methods like Expendable Choke Systems (ECSs) and Sand Management Systems have been the norm, they often need to catch up in terms of efficiency and effectiveness.
Our research introduces a game-changing approach to flowback and long-term production operations, integrating advanced technology, portable solutions, automation, metallurgical innovations, and elevated safety standards. At the heart of our system lies revolutionary high-pressure solids separation equipment utilizing compact cyclonic technology. This configuration ensures top-notch solid separation efficiency with minimal maintenance and footprint.
We've validated the performance of our separator across various conditions through detailed Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulations, emphasizing the significance of density and viscosity dynamics in optimizing separation efficiency.
Our collaborative efforts underscore a significant leap forward in well testing and solids management, with implications ranging from post-frac cleanup to sand-free rate maintenance and HPCT descaling operations. The manuscript accompanying our presentation comprehensively documents our evaluation methodology, approach description, and results.
